The new office tower at 181 William Street will revitalise an area of the legal precinct that has been vacant for some time. It comprises ground level retail and cafes, a podium that responds to the height and nature of the historic Goldsbrough Mort Building opposite, and bronze, copper and gold glass tower of 26 floors. The tower presents as two side-core buildings positioned back-to-back.
