Building Interior Design of Tribeca West Los Angeles, CA by HLW. Project Description: To increase the exterior appeal of the Tribeca West Office Park. Target Insight: The developer’s primary goals were to:
- Give Tribeca West a presence and identity from the street
- Create welcoming places for tenants to gather in the outdoor courtyards
- Increase interest in the building by prospective tenants
- Improve way finding throughout the building complex

Outcome:
The occupancy rate increased to 80% (+35%) after the enhancements. The final 20% of space is not yet ready to lease. Design solutions included:
- Installed new iconic building signage that can be seen from the street
- Painted the existing stair towers with bold graphics to serve as a way finding element
- Added terraced landscaped planters to provide a human scale to the building
- Redesigned the courtyards with wood decking, bamboo planters and outdoor seating
- Added light boxes along the entry drive for tenants to feature recently developed products.
