-To guide the project through the complexities of Woollahra Council’s approval process.

This image shows the outdoor entertainment deck cradled by the volume of the kitchen and a staircase leading from rear car parking. Modern work environments were created with consideration given to room layouts using built-in plywood desking to produce a softer, less conventional feel while considering computers & networking, air conditioning, staff facilities, entertainment areas, and provision for disabled access. Purpose built kitchen with hardwood floor to match deck adjacent.

Space Design
This space flowed out onto the adjacent deck and is a vital adjunct for staff and client functions. Glazed sliding door in closed position. See previous image when open. Reverse view of Conference Room with Loggia space beyond leading onto rear deck. Opening features a glazed sliding door. Main Conference Room: Created by the removal of a large brick chimney structure, this room runs the full depth of the original terrace and features state of the art audio-visual equipment and a revolving exhibition of the company’s extensive Aboriginal art collection.
