The development is approximately 15,420 square feet and provides 60 en-suite bedrooms arranged in clusters of 15, each with a central shared dining space and living room. Accommodation includes a joint health and social services physical disability unit and IT training facilities that are available for general community use.

Landscape Design
The design comprises buff brick, white render, white cladding panels and red cedar cladding. A number of colours on feature walls have been subtly used within the buildings to generate variety within rooms and corridors and to aid orientation.
